Once we receive your booking request, we will reach out to you via email or phone to confirm if we are able to accommodate your production needs. A 50% deposit is required to hold your spot. If PFS is not the correct fit, we will refund your deposit within 1-3 business days.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

Floor Repainting
If we need to repaint the entire floor after your shoot, there’s an additional fee of $100–$200, depending on how many coats it takes. This usually only applies to full-day shoots or large crews that go heavy on foot traffic without using booties. We’ll always talk with you before adding this charge.

Cars in the Studio
Bringing a car into the space adds a $200 repainting charge per car. Please let us know when booking — we may need to schedule extra time afterward to let the paint dry.

Glitter & Confetti
Please don’t use glitter or confetti in the studio — cleanup can cost anywhere from $200 to $1,000, depending on how much is used and how far it travels.

Smoking & Vaping
No smoking or vaping inside — it’s not allowed by California law.
If anyone breaks this rule, there’s a $150 cleaning fee to remove the smell and steam the carpets.

Your booking time includes setup and cleanup. Please plan accordingly so we can stay on schedule for all productions.

Yes! We often host multi-day shoots and can easily accommodate them. To book, please fill out our booking and intake forms, and our booking rep will reach out to confirm dates, pricing and any adjustments needed. Please note there is an additional cost for holding equipment overnight.

• Custom Cyc Painting: 48-hour notice minimum ($700 one-time fee; touch-ups for multi-day shoots not included)

• Cars On Set ($200 per car, covers repainting)

• Extra Time ($150 per added hour)

For some productions and long-term shoots, we can offer custom, flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. If you have a project that falls outside the booking form parameters, please reach out!

Yes, custom set builds are allowed. We ask that all builds be approved in advance and that the stage be returned to its original condition after your booking.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring your own crew, cameras, and equipment.
